No experience? That’s okay. 

Blanton’s University is built to get you started the right way. You’ll work alongside a mentor who will guide you through both classroom learning and hands-on training. During your ride-alongs, you’ll get a real feel for the job by observing our technicians in action and having the chance to ask them about their experiences and the company culture. We’re here to equip you with the skills and confidence you need to build a promising future, and you can count on our support every step of the way.

Our four-month program offers:
  • Immediately eligible for six paid holidays (7 for veterans)
  • Immediately eligible to accrue PTO, up to 15 days (120 hours) per year
  • 100% company-paid dental, and vision insurance after 30 days
  • Company-provided tools and affordable employee tools purchasing plan (with payroll deduction)
