Get Paid While Learning a Trade through Blanton’s Apprenticeship Program

Our apprenticeship program is an excellent opportunity for you if you’re a recent high school graduate or looking to make a career shift to the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry. We will train you in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services through a hybrid of schoolwork and field learning, where you’ll develop hard skills. The program is designed to be completed within four months and is built for anyone, even if you have little or no experience. You’ll be assigned a field mentor who will help you get started and throughout your Blanton’s career. Typically, we offer summer, fall, and winter classes, and we’re currently hiring apprentices in Fayetteville and Raleigh, NC. You’ll also be paid and receive full benefits during your apprenticeship, including paid time off, paid holidays, full insurance, and a 401k!
